Workers are often required at short notice therefore we ensure each worker has a thorough interview and has a full briefing prior to each assignment covering, responsibilities, working hours, site rules, who to report to, what to wear, hourly rate and any other essentials. We simply agree on an hourly rate in advance and you only pay for the actual hours worked.
